• Can you tell us a little about yourself — what you do, hobbies, etc?
• Can you tell me about the recent work you did for in regards to your company? What is the favorite project you've worked on in this company?
• Why did you join this team?
• What are your current projects about?
• Are these current projects typical for you to work on? How are they different?
• How would you label yourself as? What does that mean to you?

If you were telling a new acquaintance about yourself, would you talk about your work? What else would you say about yourself?
