Thanks for agreeing to participate in our research. **I know you’re very busy so I’m fortunate that you are taking the time to speak with me.

Before we get started, I would like to tell you a little bit about what we’ll be doing today. You’re here today to help us evaluate a {include a few words here about the purpose and type of research} to make improvements to our software.

• Ask questions at any time and we will answer them. On rare occasions, we may delay the answer until our research session is done so that it doesn't interfere with the research.
